Nước Mỹ rộng lớn, khoảng cách di chuyển nơi này đến nơi khác tương đối xa. Vào thời xa xưa di chuyển nhanh nhất là cưỡi ngựa, thêm vào đó hệ thống cảnh sát, quân đội chưa có hùng mạnh, hoàn hảo...An toàn của người dân nhờ vào tự vệ...Second amendment có vẻ hợp cho thời điểm này.
Hiện nay dân Mỹ đã có cell phones, internets, xe hơi, máy bay trực thăng, có hệ thống nhà thương khắp nơi; cảnh sát, quân đội đã tổ chức hùng mạnh; không lý do gì mà tu chính án thứ hai không được sửa đổi để không cho quyền tự do dùng súng. Second amendment không còn hợp thời nữa.

Money drives
The second amendment, the right of people to keep and bear arms is debated issue in many generations. In which, the only one reason sounds to protect americans is to prevent from dictators or autocratics. It sounds ridiculous in the current US government with Executive, Legitrative and Justice...In the NRA conference of 2022 in Houston after the shooting in Uvalde TX...we see a lot of animals articulations...their big mouths shameless and impudent faces they were driven by money.
